Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fine metal fabrication, especially architectural metalwork.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical welding certification preferred.
• Proficiency with TIG and MIG welding and reading technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build high-end architectural and decorative metalwork using traditional and CNC methods.
• Plan layouts and select equipment based on project requirements.
• Read blueprints and welding symbols to ensure accuracy.
• Perform TIG and MIG welding; laser welding is a plus.
• Mentor Journeyman and Apprentice fabricators on techniques and safety.
