Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a senior meta-model engineer to own and evolve the Collibra Data Governance Center meta-model, workflows, and integrations. You will partner with PGS to coordinate changes affecting the Unified Data Hub and represent DAIP on projects.

You will shape asset models, build workflows, ensure security and lineage, and guide governance so data is trustworthy and searchable for colleagues and AI agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience or higher degree with experience.
• Experience in data governance, metadata engineering and data modeling.
• Strong workflow automation and Collibra REST API integration patterns.
• Ability to coordinate change across business and platform teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management for governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Collibra DGC meta-model and workflows.
• Coordinate catalog/operating-model changes impacting UDH.
• Build integrations and guide security, lineage, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with IT to set up dev/test/prod environments.
• Analyze risks and drive deployment plans across Pfizer systems.
