Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions seeks an experienced MES Business Engineer / Technical Business Analyst to bridge Manufacturing Operations, business stakeholders and technology teams. You will drive MES-enabled transformation, optimize processes, and support digital manufacturing and enterprise-scale implementations.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing/MES, hands-on experience with POMS, PAS-X, PharmaSuite, Opcenter or Syncade, and strong GMP knowledge.

Qualifications

8+ years in Manufacturing, MES, or Technical Business Analysis.
Experience with large-scale MES implementations.
Knowledge of GMP-regulated pharmaceutical/biotech environments.
Experience with Electronic Batch Records (EBR) and Review-by-Exception (RBE).

Responsibilities

Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT to drive MES initiatives and transformation.
Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes using Lean and continuous improvement.
Lead requirements discovery, business process analysis, and solution design for MES programs.
Support Review-by-Exception (RBE), Electronic Batch Records (EBR), and digital manufacturing workflows.
Translate requirements into scalable MES solutions.
Facilitate process harmonization across sites and functions.
Support MES implementation, testing, deployment, validation, and enhancements.
Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and user adoption.
Collaborate with technical teams, system integrators, and business leaders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
