FuseGlobal is seeking a MES Application Developer in the St. Louis area. You will translate business needs into MES solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive enhancements across a multi-disciplinary team.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, technical support for MES applications, and ongoing documentation. Strong collaboration, Java/C++, .NET, and SQL skills are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a similar MES development role (required).
• Experience in large cross-functional projects and gathering requirements.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving legacy MES applications.
• Strong understanding of modern software development principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in cross-functional environments.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, preferably SAFe.
• Hands-on with Java, C++, C#, .NET, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Angular 5 and ORM frameworks.
• Familiarity with DB/2, SQL Server; Tomcat and IIS experience.
• Willingness to learn additional technical areas (testing, deployment, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop MES deliverables for new implementations or changes.
• Provide technical support to factories and internal teams for MES apps.
• Maintain user reference materials and documentation.
• Contribute to MES strategy considering new technologies.
• Promote process improvements and collaborate on projects and issues.
