What You Will Be Doing
The Manager position supports Albertsons Companies National Merchandising Department. This position will be responsible for supporting the Fresh Category Development and National Reset Process from the beginning of the process through planogram publishing. The Manager will work closely with the National Category Director and Assistant Category Manager as well as other cross functional teams (Symphony Retail, Circana, OWN Brands, Supply Chain, and Schematics) to develop actionable recommendations to improve category performance relating to sales, share, operational metrics, and productivity. The position will oversee Category Analyst(s) assigned to the team that supports the execution of the deliverables detailed in the winning model review process. This position is responsible for driving the process to ensure business objectives are being achieved and key deliverables are being met in a timely manner.
The position will be based in Boise, ID, or Pleasanton, CA.
Main Responsibilities
The salary range is $95,400 to $123,900 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
