Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Senior Coordinator to support the execution and continuous improvement of merchandise presentation strategies across stores. You will partner with the Merchandise Presentation Manager, Space Planning, and cross-functional teams to create clear, customer-focused presentation direction and communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandise presentation, visual merchandising, retail operations.
• Understanding of customer-focused merchandising, visual standards, and store execution.
• Experience creating and maintaining merchandise presentation tools or store-execution resources.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to stores or mock-store environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Retail, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and continuous improvement of presentation strategies across stores.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute space planning strategies and floorplans.
• Lead initiatives from development through post-execution follow-up with timelines and approvals.
• Create, maintain, and update merchandising standards, visual direction, and store communications.
• Analyze sales, customer, and store feedback to identify opportunities and risks.
• Manage complex deliverables across multiple initiatives and seasonal transitions.
• Ensure direction aligns with floorplans, fixture capacity, and planogram needs.
• Share best practices and support onboarding and cross-training.
