Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Senior Systems Manager to drive MEP coordination on major projects in Reno, NV. You will lead cross-discipline teams, review drawings, and steer submittals and field work from design through commissioning.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in construction with MEP leadership, and a track record of fostering diverse, high-performing teams while mitigating change-order risk in a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in mechanical, electrical or fire life safety or construction management, or 8+ years in construction.
• 8+ years in construction and managing MEP trades, GC experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating MEP design reviews, submittals, field inspections.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes across construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contract documents for constructability, code compliance and functionality.
• Lead MEP 3D coordination meetings and approvals for submittals.
• Guide and monitor MEP coordination and installation on site.
• Manage MEP submittals and procurement documentation.
• Develop and maintain MEP schedule with field supervision.
• Review field installation and manage testing/commissioning.
