Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Senior MEP Superintendent to efficiently schedule, manage, and coordinate sub-contractors, trades, and labor crews to keep project progress aligned with the Master Schedule.

The ideal candidate will lead, teach, and mentor teams, thoroughly interpret plans, specifications, design documents, code requirements and other construction activities to ensure quality.

Overview

The Senior MEP Superintendent is responsible for the efficient scheduling, management, and coordination of all sub- contractors, construction trades, labor crews to work in unity in order to ensure quality and construction progress according to the project Master Schedule. The Senior Project Superintendent will have proven construction experience as an Senior Superintendent, a history of leading, teaching, and mentoring others successfully, and the ability to thoroughly understand and follow plans, project specifications, design documents, code requirements and other similar construction activities.
