Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks a Senior MEP Superintendent to lead scheduling, management, and coordination of subcontractors, trades, and labor crews on our Alton, Illinois project. You will ensure quality and progress in line with the Master Schedule and project specifications.

The ideal candidate has proven senior supervision experience, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor teams while following plans, codes, and design documents to deliver on-time construction milestones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent with leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications, design documents and codes.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors to meet master schedule.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage sub-contractors, trades, and labor crews to align with the Master Schedule.

Overview

The Senior MEP Superintendent is responsible for the efficient scheduling, management, and coordination of all sub- contractors, construction trades, labor crews to work in unity in order to ensure quality and construction progress according to the project Master Schedule. The Senior Project Superintendent will have proven construction experience as an Senior Superintendent, a history of leading, teaching, and mentoring others successfully, and the ability to thoroughly understand and follow plans, project specifications, design documents, code requirements and other similar construction activities.
