Job summary

Syska Hennessy Group in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior - Supervising Engineer (Project Manager) for CF to lead complex data center and facility projects.

You will guide design teams, coordinate with clients and trades, manage CAD/BIM work (REVIT, AutoCAD MEP), perform cost estimates, and ensure QA/QC. PE licensed engineers with 8–12+ years in consulting are preferred; remote Fridays offer flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical discipline.
• 8+ to 12+ years of experience in a consulting firm.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD MEP.
• PE license required.
• Knowledge of SKM Software.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Firm with clients, contractors, and project teams.
• Provide trade-specific system design using CAD/BIM and calculations.
• Coordinate with other trades and senior staff on designs.
• Manage CAD/BIM staff assigned to projects.
• Write engineering proposals under direction of seniors.
• Estimate construction costs and ROM feasibility.
• Oversee QA/QC processes for own and team work.
