Participate in or lead owner/client presentations and negotiations.* **Contract Management:** Effectively negotiate business and legal provisions of construction contracts.* **Project Execution & Financials:** Consistently achieve high levels of quality, design, and profitability on projects assigned to the team. Oversee design development, budget preparation, and development of project schedules.* **Procurement Strategy:** Play a key role in developing procurement strategy, including preparing bid documents, negotiating, and awarding subcontracts (especially for long-lead and high-value MEP equipment).* **Team Supervision & Mentorship:** Supervise a team of Project Engineers, Sr. Project Engineers, Project Managers I & II, and Project Assistants, as required, depending on assigned project(s). Develop comprehensive onboarding and training plans for new engineering hires.* **Administrative & Financial Assurance:** Assure the team’s accounts receivables are managed effectively and collected promptly. Assure that general team administrative responsibilities are carried out promptly and accurately.
