Qualifications

• 10+ years of large-scale commercial construction experience.
• 5+ years of direct, large-scale data center experience.
• Experience on projects valued at $500M+.
• Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Strong commissioning and closeout experience.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating with owners and design teams.
• Ability to operate at a senior level with limited oversight.
• Detailed project list outlining project values, data center experience, and specific MEP responsibilities is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead major MEP scopes from preconstruction through final turnover.
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical systems with project teams, subcontractors, engineers, ownership, and design partners.
• Manage MEP planning, procurement, scheduling, installation, and closeout.
• Oversee commissioning and turnover activities.
• Manage subcontractor performance and resolve complex coordination issues.
• Participate in constructability reviews, design coordination, budgeting, and project planning.
• Maintain project schedule, quality, safety, and cost expectations.
• Provide senior-level leadership across significant MEP scopes.
