Job summary

Flatiron Construction Corp is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead a highly complex, multi-party project in Virginia. You will oversee the budget, schedule, and personnel, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and owner expectations, while coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver on time and with quality.

You will manage risk, negotiate changes, and provide monthly forecasts and leadership reports.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in construction project management.
• 10+ years’ experience in managing personnel.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in bid-build, CMCG, design build, and other delivery methods.
• Proven MEP installation and commissioning experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and cash to contract requirements.
• Develop and manage project schedule, pay estimates, staffing, and equipment.
• Review contracts and resolve conflicts with the owner.
• Lead engineering and scheduling teams and negotiate change orders.
• Prepare cost/revenue forecasts and reports for leadership.
• Maintain relationships with owner and stakeholders and ensure safety programs.
