Job summary
Fiona Infrastructure is seeking a Senior MEP Engineer to lead the planning, execution, maintenance, and management of MEP systems across hospital facilities, with strong expertise in electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of relevant experience in MEP, building services and project execution, with hands-on plumbing experience and familiarity with healthcare facility standards; experience in hospitals or healthcare settings is highly preferred.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in MEP engineering, building services, facility engineering, or infrastructure management.
- Strong focus on plumbing systems and hospital/healthcare infrastructure.
- Experience managing contractors, consultants, and engineering vendors.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) and HVAC systems across hospital facilities.
- Ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation of all MEP infrastructure.
- Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure that completed works meet approved technical and safety standards.
