Job summary

Sisk Group, a family-owned international construction company, is seeking a Senior MEP Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems on large, complex projects. You will lead delivery, ensure quality, and align with client specs while driving efficiency, sustainability, and value.

Reporting to Building Services Director, you will mentor teams, apply standards, manage risks, and collaborate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to optimise performance and continuous

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing MEP delivery on construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with ability to influence across projects.
• Familiarity with digital construction tools, BIM and lean delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP delivery on large or complex projects, ensuring quality, programme and cost objectives are met.
• Review and approve MEP design, installation and commissioning plans and support project teams in resolving challenges.
• Act as senior point of contact for clients, consultants and subcontractors on MEP matters and collaborate with supply chain partners.
• Oversee governance, regulatory compliance and handover of MEP systems, mitigating risks as needed.
• Promote adoption of digital tools, BIM and continuous improvement across projects.
