Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in the construction industry.
5+ years of experience with M/E/P design, commissioning, and construction.
Responsibilities
Provide MEP/FP technical oversight from preconstruction through closeout.
Review and coordinate MEP/FP design documents for constructability.
Participate in design and coordination meetings.
Evaluate subcontractor proposals and scopes of work.
Monitor MEP construction progress.
Support the development of MEP schedules.
Review and track MEP submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
Coordinate field inspections and commissioning.
Troubleshoot MEP system issues.
Assist in evaluating MEP-related cost impacts.
Serve as a mentor to project team members.
