Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years of industry experience and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. This role requires strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in the construction industry.
• 5+ years of experience with M/E/P design, commissioning, and construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide MEP/FP technical oversight from preconstruction through closeout.
• Review and coordinate MEP/FP design documents for constructability.
• Participate in design and coordination meetings.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and scopes of work.
• Monitor MEP construction progress.
• Support the development of MEP schedules.
• Review and track MEP submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Coordinate field inspections and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot MEP system issues.
• Assist in evaluating MEP-related cost impacts.
• Serve as a mentor to project team members.
