Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Senior Engineer to join the MEP team on a project in Franklin Furnace, OH. This is a full‑time, in‑person role focused on coordinating electrical and mechanical work and managing subcontracts.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in engineering or construction management and at least 5 years of MEP pre‑construction experience, with strong reading of plans and effective teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with MEP systems in pre-construction and cost estimating.
• Ability to read electrical, HVAC, plumbing, architectural, and civil plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors, engineers, clients, and subs.
• Assist with subcontracts, equipment procurement, and cost estimates.
• Support project coordination to ensure on-time delivery.
