Job summary

Hatfield Group Engineering in Manhattan is seeking mechanical, electrical, and plumbing/fire protection engineers with 3-5 years of experience designing MEP/FP systems for large buildings.

You will perform calculations, prepare drawing sets for issues, coordinate with clients and architects, and apply NYC Building Code standards. FE is required; PE preferred. Strong teamwork and communication are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of professional MEP/FP engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Master's preferred.
• FE exam required, PE preferred.
• Experience with MEP/FP systems for large buildings.
• Proficiency with Revit and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality and organized calculations.

• Coordinate directly with team members during design and construction.
