Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of proven experience in MEP design consulting in Hawaii.
• Advanced knowledge of building industry codes and standards.
• Good problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a discipline leader on multiple projects for design and coordination of MEP systems.
• Oversee planning, design, budgets, and deadlines to meet project specs and codes.
• Develop quality assurance processes and maintain project documents and meeting notes.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster collaboration across multi-discipline teams.
