Job summary

You’ll work with designers, contractors, and inspectors to keep projects on track and within budget. The role requires strong field leadership, plus experience reading MEP drawings and using industry software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field leadership on complex commercial, institutional, or educational projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple MEP trades, testing, commissioning, and turnover.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Familiarity with field documentation software and safety training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate MEP, fire protection, controls, and related building systems on site.
• Provide hands-on field oversight to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and codes.
• Review drawings for conflicts and constructability before construction.
• Oversee installation progress, coordinate with trades, and manage field punch lists.
• Assist with inspections, commissioning, startup, and turnover activities.
