Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) is seeking a MEP Manager responsible for providing general management of electrical and/or specialty systems QAQC and Commissioning scopes of work, as well as successfully managing commissioning and startup schedules.

The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent training, plus commissioning/start-up experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent training/experience.
• 5 years of Project Management/Construction Management/Commissioning Management experience with 8 years commissioning/start-up for electrical/mechanical systems.
• Experience leading commissioning/start-up activities for projects >$25MM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a positive Company Culture and employee relations.
• Develops the QAQC/Cx scope, schedule, and budget; coordinates with Estimating for accuracy.
• Develops safety plan for QAQC/Cx and coordinates with safety departments.
• Coordinates with client and parties on day-to-day start-up and Cx activities; leads meetings.
• Manages QAQC/Cx issues logs and coordinates with parties to mitigate issues.
• Coordinates with 3rd party testing/commissioning agencies to ensure coverage.
• Partners with HR to optimize recruiting and employee relations for direct reports.
• Coaches and develops managerial talent and trains staff.
