Job summary

Requires Master's degree, Kentucky license (LCSW/LPCC/LPA/LMFT or equivalent), QMHP, strong communication, and ability to work independently and in a team; flexibility for on-call

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field from an accredited institution.
• Must be fully licensed in Kentucky (LCSW, LPCC, LPA, LPP, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Must meet Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Independently completing clinical evaluations, psychosocial assessments, and diagnostic screenings.
• Deliver individual, family, collateral, psychoeducation and/or group therapy, using evidenced based/informed interventions.
• Participate in intake, referral, orientation, and engagement activities for new clients.
• Provide services to outpatient, co-occurring, and assigned specialty populations as applicable.
• Assist in crisis response, including gathering information, coordinating with staff, and supporting safety planning.
