Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in an adult behavioral health setting.
• Minimum of 5 years in a community health program setting.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
• LMHT/LMHC/LMSW/LCSW preferred licenses/certifications.
• Strong knowledge of care coordination and social service systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the Mental Health Program.
• Supervise staff and manage scheduling and workload distribution.
• Coordinate intake, case management, and care planning activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation per DOH/OMH.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with providers.
• Maintain client-centered services and support effective discharge planning.
