Job summary

Providence Crisis Stabilization Center in Anchorage, AK is hiring for Senior Mental Health Counselor Masters positions. Full-time 1.0 FTE with Day, Evening, and Night shifts; 40 hours per week.

There is a $15,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires and relocation assistance for eligible hires. The role provides direct client care including assessment, treatment planning, individual/family/group/milieu therapy, and supports program development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Licenses required upon hire for Alaska (various clinical licenses).
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical programming for the Crisis Recovery Center.
• Provide direct client care: assessment, treatment planning, individual/family/group/milieu therapy.
• Assist leadership with standards of practice, quality services and new programs.
• Serve as resource for clinicians; participate in consultation, education and mentoring.
• Coordinate services with other health professionals and educate clients, families and peers.

Education

Master's Degree Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or Health related field

Alaska Masters Social Worker License

Alaska Clinical Social Worker License

Alaska Professional Counselor License

Alaska Marriage and Family Therapist License

Alaska Psychologist License
