The Guild for Human Services is seeking a Senior Mental Health Clinician to provide high-level consultation and direct service to students with intellectual disabilities. You will supervise junior therapists, develop treatment plans, and work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. A Master’s degree in a clinical discipline, professional licensure (LICSW or LMHC), and three years of supervisory experience are required. Qualificações

• Professional licensure is required, i.e. LICSW or LMHC.
• At least three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with trauma-informed care is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to therapists.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans aimed at improving student quality of life.
