Energy Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to provide technical direction, lead architecture decisions, and drive scalable Mendix-based solutions across multiple projects. You will mentor engineers, establish standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical outcomes with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10 years of experience developing, supporting, and enhancing complex software systems.
• Advanced proficiency in full-stack development and languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, SQL, HTML, CSS.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex software systems and integrations across teams on the Mendix platform.
• Design scalable, secure, modular software solutions aligned with business needs.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, solution design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
• Lead technical strategy and establish engineering standards across projects and platforms.
• Manage incidents, performance improvements, and deployment readiness.
