You will lead architecture, design, and engineering decisions across projects, mentoring junior engineers and promoting engineering best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in complex software systems.
• Experience with Mendix platform and cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex software systems and integrations across projects.
• Design scalable, secure, modular software solutions for business needs.
• Develop full-stack solutions aligned with platform architecture and business requirements.
• Act as technical SME and escalation point for Mendix projects.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and design discussions.
• Set engineering direction and standards across multiple projects.
• Lead cross-team initiatives involving APIs, data exchange, and system modernization.
• Identify risks and communicate mitigation to leadership.
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Evaluate performance, reliability, and security; drive improvements.
• Ensure alignment with security, privacy and compliance requirements.
