Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with 6–8 years of experience, or Master's with 2–6 years.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong collaboration with QA and R&D teams; fluent written and verbal English; strong technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, drawings, and records.
• Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and methods to enhance performance.
• Coordinate transfer of new products from R&D to manufacturing; train operators.
• Develop and execute IQ/OQ/PQ validations; support CAPA activities.
