Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking an experienced Medicare Compliance Advisor to support day-to-day operations, provide regulatory guidance, and ensure audit readiness across the organization.

The role focuses on interpreting CMS requirements, tracking issues, and coordinating corrective actions while collaborating with business and compliance leadership to maintain program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's or JD preferred.
• 5+ years compliance, regulatory, operations, or risk management in a regulated industry.
• 4+ years compliance advisory experience including regulatory research and drafting guidance.
• 2+ years experience with managed care, Medicare Advantage/Part D, or DSNP programs.
• Foundational knowledge of Medicare regulations (CMS guidance).
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Medicare Compliance Program in alignment with CMS and state regulations, ensuring noncompliance is prevented or corrected.
• Translate federal, state, and contractual requirements into actionable compliance guidance for stakeholders.
