Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking an experienced Medicare Compliance Advisor to support the day-to-day execution of the Medicare Compliance Advisory program in alignment with CMS requirements across regulatory and business operations.

You will translate complex federal and state requirements into actionable guidance, support audit readiness, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and training to strengthen compliance program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree or Juris Doctor preferred.
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Medicare Compliance Program in alignment with CMS and regulations.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear guidance for business stakeholders.
• Support preparation and submission of regulatory reports and attestations.
• Identify compliance risks and evaluate business processes for mitigation.
• Lead or support root cause analyses and corrective action plans.
