Position Purpose

Supports the Medicare Communications Compliance team in managing regulatory requirements related to Medicare materials and sales compliance. Participates in oversight, analysis, review, and approval of all beneficiary-facing Medicare materials. May also support the department with special projects.

• Conducts review of member and prospective member communications against regulations to ensure compliance.
• Performs comprehensive regulatory analyses, reviews, summarizes, and disseminates key regulatory updates relevant to Medicare Marketing Guidelines.
• Provides project leadership, including reviewing departmental documents, summarizing results, and implementing recommendations.
• Mentors or coaches specialists or operational partners on review of materials.
• Assists management with review of new or updated regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures compliance with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Managed Care/Health Insurance/Public Health/Health Care Administration/Medicare Part D or related field.
• Experience in State or Federal managed care compliance and project coordination.

Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year.

Actual pay will depend on skills, experience, education, and other factors. Total compensation may include additional incentives.
