Job summary

• Experience driving cost containment strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with plan benefit data sets.
• Experience creating product content/PPT and strong leadership presentation ability.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy initiatives and serve as the main point of contact for the Product Strategy team in assigned markets.
• Provide expert market intelligence, drive cross-functional collaboration, and guide strategic planning.
• Develop product requirements and roadmaps, incorporating customer feedback and industry trends.
• Execute national and local product strategy guidance and ensure regulatory compliance.
