Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.
• Clean driving record and valid license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation services as scheduled, including meals and customer transport.
• Assist customers on and off vehicles and to and from homes/destinations.
• Obtain daily manifests and verify appointment times with customers by phone.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and submit paperwork for maintenance promptly.
• Refer customers for other services when appropriate.
