• Document refusals, allergies, and advance directives where the whole team can find them fast
• Partner with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
• Move patients safely through Process Improvement imaging, positioning for the cleanest possible study
• Steady the room during a rapid response — assign roles, call out timing, keep the chaos quiet
