Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals seeks a Medical Director Strategist to lead global medical strategy across assets, shaping evidence generation and publication plans within a fast-paced organization. You will collaborate with Franchise Portfolio Management, Commercial teams, and MSLs to ensure scientific excellence and compliant lifecycle strategy from development through sunset.

The role reports to the Vice President of Medical Affairs and requires senior cross-functional leadership, strategic thinking,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Medical Affairs and lifecycle management.
• Ability to develop global medical strategy across assets.
• Strong communication and leadership across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical input across product lifecycle with FPM and Commercial teams.
• Lead development of global medical strategy and evidence plans for assets.
• Identify evidence needs early to support regulatory requirements and market access.
• Oversee post-marketing commitments and budget planning for launches.
• Shape scientific narratives and messaging for market priming and differentiation.
• Lead Advisory Board meetings to inform medical strategy and messages.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and other functions for execution of plans.
