Azurity Pharmaceuticals seeks a Sr. Medical Affairs Manager, a US-based hybrid role reporting to the Medical Lead for the ARGO Franchise.

You will lead medical strategy to support safe, evidence-based use of the company’s products and serve as scientific expert to internal teams and external stakeholders. Qualifications

• Advanced terminal degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, DNP) or other advanced medical degree is required.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience (clinical, fellowship, or research) and/or related pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Thorough knowledge or experience in General Surgery, Abdominal Surgery, Trauma Surgery or Infectious Disease.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to present effective and influential oral presentations.
• Deep scientific expertise with ability to stay current on data and treatment trends and translate feedback into insights.
• Strong strategic and operational thinking with ability to manage networks and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Knowledge of US healthcare systems, regulatory and payer environments, public health and industry trends.
• Proficiency in digital tools, AI.
• Travel up to 30–40% to attend conferences and engage with KOLs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated Medical Affairs strategy aligned with brand objectives and corporate priorities.
• Serve as scientific and clinical expert across the full product lifecycle (pre-launch, launch, post-marketing).
• Support and sustain relationships with key opinion leaders and other external stakeholders.
• Plan and support advisory boards, investigator meetings, and scientific symposia.
• Assist in development, review, and approval of medical materials and support publication planning.
• Collaborate with Medical Leads on stakeholder engagement and education planning.
• Provide strategic medical input for conference planning and on-site execution.
• Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial, Market Access, and Pharmacovigilance.
• Support medical training for sales and internal teams.
• Support real-world evidence, IIS, and post-marketing studies with Clinical Development as needed.
• Collaborate with field medical teams to analyze insights and inform lifecycle planning.
• Adhere to Medical Affairs SOPs, regulatory, legal, and compliance guidelines.
• Demonstrate adaptability and focus in fast-paced settings with minimal direction.
