The Director acts as a player-coach, leading Medical Directors and medical writers while fostering partnerships, scientific quality, and operational excellence across complex programs. Travel to client meetings and conferences is expected.

Qualifikationen

• PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent advanced scientific degree.
• Significant experience in medical affairs, medical communications, the pharmaceutical industry, or related healthcare environment.
• Proven success leading and developing scientific teams within a fast-paced, client-focused organization.
• Overseeing multiple complex projects and scientific portfolios while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Business acumen including resource planning and organizational growth.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership and scientific direction across client accounts and therapeutic areas.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Medical Directors, Scientific Directors, and medical writers.
• Serve as a senior scientific advisor to clients and shape medical communication strategies.
• Maintain accountability for scientific quality and strategic integrity of deliverables.
• Oversee high-impact initiatives including launches, advisory boards, congress activities, publications, and education.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of programs.
• Drive operational excellence and allocate scientific resources effectively.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce development.
• Represent ENOVA and IQVIA at client meetings and external engagements.
