• Ability to oversee multiple complex projects with high quality standards.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and driving alignment.
• Strong business acumen including resource planning and growth.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and scientific direction across client accounts, therapeutic areas, and initiatives.
• Mentor Medical Directors, Scientific Directors, and medical writers to foster excellence and growth.
• Serve as a senior scientific advisor, building trusted client partnerships and shaping medical communication strategies.
• Ensure scientific quality and strategic integrity of deliverables across the portfolio.
• Oversee complex initiatives including launches, advisory boards, speaker programs, congress activities, publications, and education.
• Collaborate with account management, engagement strategy, project management, editorial, and creative teams for seamless execution.
• Identify risks and optimize allocation of scientific resources to drive program success.
• Contribute to business growth through strategic planning and client relationship expansion.
• Provide leadership during project challenges and support workforce development.
