Position Overview

The Senior/Principal Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a field-facing representative of US Medical Affairs, responsible for engaging with external customers such as healthcare providers, researchers, professional organization leaders, and decision-makers in areas of Eisai's interest. The role requires understanding customer needs, issues, and priorities, and connecting the big picture to Eisai's strategic business plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate key scientific and clinical information about Eisai's products and the company's mission.
• Engage with healthcare professionals to gather feedback and share scientific data.
• Provide insights on research developments and treatment landscapes.
• Lead and mentor other MSLs, and manage special projects.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in medical or health sciences (MD, PhD, PharmD, etc.).
• Experience requirements vary: 1.5-3+ years for Senior MSL, 8+ years for Principal MSL, especially in Oncology.
• Strong knowledge of oncology disease management, scientific communication, and prior experience in clinical research or related fields.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60%, including international travel.
