Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of MSL experience in healthcare or related field.
• Doctoral degree preferred; Master’s or equivalent minimum.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative skills.
• Ability to disseminate complex data to healthcare audiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage with KOLs/HCPs; external-focused activities ~80% of responsibilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs/HCPs per territory plans.
• Interpret and disseminate complex scientific data to KOLs/HCPs in a compliant manner.
• Support Takeda-sponsored research and assist with investigator-initiated studies.
• Capture insights to inform medical strategies and tactics.
• Identify partnership opportunities between KOLs/HCPs and Takeda US Medical.
• Support medical strategy at conferences and staff booths; share insights.
• Complete CRM entries, insights capture, and admin tasks timely and compliant.
