Job Summary

The Oncology Radiopharmaceutical Sr. MSL is a key member of Global Medical Affairs, responsible for communicating scientific, clinical, and technical information within the medical community. The role involves developing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and serving as an expert in therapeutics and radiopharmaceuticals. Preferred candidates will reside near an international airport.

The MSL should possess extensive knowledge in oncology, radiopharmaceuticals, medical imaging trends, clinical trials, and scientific activities related to oncology and medical imaging. Continuous updating of expertise is expected.

Responsibilities and essential functions:
  1. Identify, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the assigned territory.
  2. Communicate scientific data effectively to internal and external audiences, adjusting presentation based on the audience and adhering to policies and regulations.
  3. Respond accurately to scientific questions, sharing approved data in a timely manner.
  4. Share clinical and technical information with relevant internal teams.
  5. Utilize expertise to understand medical imaging patterns, treatment guidelines, healthcare provider needs, and patient medical needs.
  6. Identify potential speakers and provide feedback on presentations and adherence to compliance policies.
  7. Comply with pharmacovigilance SOPs regarding adverse events.
  8. Identify investigators for sponsored trials following approved processes.
  9. Adhere to compliance codes, policies, and regulations, including GCP, HIPAA, and FDA laws.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • PhD, PharmD, or MD required; BCNP preferred.
  • 4+ years of MSL experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in oncology, urology, or radiopharmaceuticals/medical imaging.
  • Deep understanding of oncology, radiopharmaceuticals, and diagnostic imaging trends.
  • Ability to translate scientific data into high-quality medical information.
  • Leadership and effective communication skills.
  • Motivated with a record of growth and achievement.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to change.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Other requirements:
  • Knowledge of oncology and radiopharmaceutical publications.
  • Understanding of clinical trial design and pharmacoeconomics.
  • Knowledge of the US Healthcare System and medical imaging industry.
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • 70% travel required; residence near a major airport preferred.
