Job summary

Revolution Medicines, Inc. in Spain is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison to engage in peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with healthcare professionals and KOLs, translate insights and support medical education and congress activities.

The MSL will collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Commercial teams, cover an assigned territory in Spain, stay current with literature, and travel up to 60%. Strong communication and oncology expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in scientific or medical discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience as an MSL or in a similar role within pharma/biotech in Spain.
• Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and drug development.
• Oncology knowledge, with lung and GI cancers preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and academic centers.
• Communicate clinical and scientific data to KOLs and healthcare professionals via presentations and educational programs.
• Synthesize insights from KOLs for internal teams.
• Support product presentations to KOLs and HCPs.
• Advise field teams on complex scientific questions.
• Support medical congresses, advisory boards, and other scientific engagements.
• Collaborate across medical affairs, clinical development, marketing, and others.
• Travel up to 60% as required.
