Aroa Biosurgery Limited is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison to expand awareness and adoption of its regenerative technologies. You will serve as a scientific expert across evidence generation, education, and field medical excellence worldwide.

You will mentor field medical colleagues, lead clinical evidence initiatives, support study design with Clinical Development, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-impact education to healthcare professionals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Science or related healthcare discipline.
• MD or PhD preferred for advanced clinical expertise.
• Experience in medical science liaison or field medical roles.

Responsabilidades

• Expand awareness and adoption of AROA technologies through scientific leadership.
• Lead clinical evidence initiatives including registries, case series, and publications.
• Partner with Clinical Development on study design and investigator-initiated research.
• Ensure ISO 14155 compliance and regulatory alignment in markets.
• Translate complex data into compelling education and presentations.
• Deliver training to internal teams and healthcare professionals.
• Provide clinical expertise and sales support during customer engagements.
• Lead conference planning and KOL interactions; build clinician relationships.
• Organize advisory boards and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• You will build a territory, drive growth, and influence wound care advancement.

Aroa Biosurgery Limited is a soft-tissue regeneration company that develops, manufactures, and distributes surgical products to improve healing in complex soft tissue reconstruction procedures. As a Senior Medical Science Liaison, you will expand awareness and adoption of AROA’s technologies by serving as a scientific and clinical expert across evidence generation, education, KOL engagement, and field medical excellence.

• Mentor field medical colleagues, support cross-functional initiatives, and strengthen AROA’s clinical and scientific presence globally.
• Lead clinical evidence initiatives, including registries, case series, publications, conference presentations, and research activities.
• Partner with Clinical Development to support study design and investigator-initiated research, ensuring projects stay on time and in scope.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14155 and applicable regulations in markets where AROA products are sold.
• Translate complex clinical data into compelling educational content and presentations.
• Deliver scientific, technical, and clinical training to internal teams and healthcare professionals.
• Provide clinical expertise and sales support during key customer engagements.
• Influence organizational strategy related to education, training, clinical initiatives, marketing, and commercial growth.
• Lead conference planning and scientific engagement activities, including abstract submissions and KOL interactions.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with leading clinicians, researchers, and scientific influencers.
• Serve as a trusted partner and scientific resource to customers and external stakeholders.
• Organize advisory boards and communicate actionable medical insights to internal stakeholders.
• You’ll build a territory, drive meaningful growth, and help bring life-changing healing solutions to more patients and providers around the world.

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Medical Science or related healthcare discipline. MD or PhD preferred.
• Valid driver's license and US Passport and ability to travel extensively.
• Prior experience as a Medical Science Liaison.
• 2-3 years of clinical experience within wound care, surgery, trauma, plastics, reconstructive surgery, or related specialties. Experience participating in clinical research or evidence-generation activities.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
