Job summary

A Senior Medical Science Liaison at Aroa Biosurgery Limited will expand awareness and adoption of AROA’s regenerative technologies across evidence generation, education, KOL engagement, and field medical excellence worldwide.

You’ll mentor field medical colleagues, lead clinical evidence initiatives, collaborate with Clinical Development, ensure regulatory compliance, translate complex data into compelling education, and deliver scientific training to internal teams and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or related healthcare (MD/PhD preferred).
• Valid driver's license and US Passport; ability to travel extensively.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience in wound care, surgery, plastics, reconstructive surgery, or related fields.
• Experience in clinical research or evidence-generation activities.

Responsibilities

• Mentor field medical colleagues, support cross-functional initiatives, and strengthen AROA’s clinical and scientific presence globally.
• Lead clinical evidence initiatives, including registries, case series, publications, conference presentations, and research activities.
• Partner with Clinical Development to support study design and investigator-initiated research, ensuring projects stay on time and in scope.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14155 and applicable regulations in markets where AROA products are sold.
• Translate complex clinical data into compelling educational content and presentations.
• Deliver scientific, technical, and clinical training to internal teams and healthcare professionals.
• Provide clinical expertise and sales support during key customer engagements.
• Influence organizational strategy related to education, training, clinical initiatives, marketing, and commercial growth.
• Lead conference planning and scientific engagement activities, including abstract submissions and KOL interactions.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with leading clinicians, researchers, and scientific influencers.
• Serve as a trusted partner and scientific resource to customers and external stakeholders.

Position Overview

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Medical Science or related healthcare discipline. MD or PhD preferred.


• Valid driver's license and US Passport and ability to travel extensively.


• Prior experience as a Medical Science Liaison.


• 2-3 years of clinical experience within wound care, surgery, trauma, plastics, reconstructive surgery, or related specialties. Experience participating in clinical research or evidence-generation activities.


• Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
