Aroa Biosurgery Limited is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison to expand awareness and adoption of its regenerative technologies. The role spans evidence generation, education, KOL engagement, and field medical excellence across global markets.

You will mentor field medical colleagues, lead clinical studies, support study design with Clinical Development, and ensure regulatory compliance while translating data into engaging medical education and training for healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Medical Science or related healthcare discipline.
• MD or PhD preferred.
• Prior MSL experience is required.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience in wound care, surgery, trauma, plastics, or reconstructive fields.
• Experience in clinical research or evidence-generation activities.

Responsabilités

• Mentor field medical colleagues and strengthen clinical/scientific presence globally.
• Lead clinical evidence initiatives (registries, case series, publications, conference presentations).
• Partner with Clinical Development for study design and investigator-initiated research.
• Ensure ISO 14155 compliance and regulatory alignment where products are sold.
• Translate complex clinical data into compelling educational content and presentations.
• Deliver training to internal teams and healthcare professionals.
• Provide clinical expertise and sales support during key customer engagements.
• Influence education, training, clinical initiatives, marketing, and growth strategy.
• Organize conferences and engage with KOLs and researchers.
• Build relationships with leading clinicians and researchers.

Position Overview

As a Senior Medical Science Liaison, you will expand awareness and adoption of AROA’s technologies by serving as a scientific and clinical expert across evidence generation, education, KOL engagement, and field medical excellence.

Responsibilities

• You will mentor field medical colleagues, support cross-functional initiatives, and strengthen AROA’s clinical and scientific presence globally.


• Lead clinical evidence initiatives, including registries, case series, publications, conference presentations, and research activities.


• Partner with Clinical Development to support study design and investigator-initiated research, ensuring projects stay on time and in scope.


• Ensure compliance with ISO 14155 and applicable regulations in markets where AROA products are sold.


• Translate complex clinical data into compelling educational content and presentations.


• Deliver scientific, technical, and clinical training to internal teams and healthcare professionals.


• Provide clinical expertise and sales support during key customer engagements.


• Influence organizational strategy related to education, training, clinical initiatives, marketing, and commercial growth.


• Lead conference planning and scientific engagement activities, including abstract submissions and KOL interactions.


• Develop and strengthen relationships with leading clinicians, researchers, and scientific influencers.


• Serve as a trusted partner and scientific resource to customers and external stakeholders.


• Organize advisory boards and communicate actionable medical insights to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Medical Science or related healthcare discipline. MD or PhD preferred.


• Valid driver's license and US Passport and ability to travel extensively.


• Prior experience as a Medical Science Liaison.


• 2-3 years of clinical experience within wound care, surgery, trauma, plastics, reconstructive surgery, or related specialties. Experience participating in clinical research or evidence-generation activities.


• Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
