Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison in the US who will be a field-based, external facing member of the medical unit. You will analyze, interpret and disseminate scientific data to KOLs and HCPs, translate insights, and connect customers to Takeda to advance medical strategy and patient outcomes.

You will build external expert networks, support Takeda-sponsored research and investigator-initiated studies, participate in medical conferences, respond to inquiries, and maintain

Qualifications

• Dissemination of complex scientific data to healthcare audiences
• Clinical, research, and/or teaching experience
• Ability to work effectively in virtual and cross-functional teams
• Execution of activities within legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret and disseminate scientific data to KOLs/HCPs
• Acquire and translate customer insights and connect customers to Takeda
• Foster external expert networks and partnership opportunities
• Support medical strategy at conferences and respond to inquiries
• Complete CRM entries, insights capture, and administrative tasks

Education

Doctoral degree in life/health sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD) preferred; Master’s degree in health sciences (MSN, NP or PA) minimum
