Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharm.D., Ph.D., MD)
• Experience in Medical Affairs or relevant therapeutic area
• 3-5 years prior MSL experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in field-based settings
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and academic institutions within regional territory.
• Provide balanced, scientific information on company products, disease states, and therapeutic areas.
• Communicate with payors and formulary committees pre- and post-approval in accordance with FDA guidance, collaborating with market access teams.
• Lead advisory boards and other strategic activities to inform medical and commercial directions.
• Gather and communicate field insights to inform medical strategy and clinical development.
• Identify emerging trends and unmet needs within the therapeutic landscape.
