Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. seeks a Medical Science Liaison (Sr Manager) in CNS to lead clinical and scientific engagement within the ecosystem model.

The role focuses on connecting with KIs, LPLs, and healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes and inform regional medical strategies. As part of the ecosystem team, you will deliver education, support clinical trials discussions, and align medical activities with local needs while traveling up to 70% of the time to cover territory

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills; cross-functional engagement.
• Experience in pharmaceutical medical affairs or relevant field.
• Understanding of health systems and patient care delivery in CNS.
• Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Contribute clinical and scientific perspectives to local execution plans and field activities.
• Build relationships with scientific/medical customers and organizations to understand trends and product knowledge.
• Provide evidence-based information across clinical, economic, and humanistic perspectives.
• Support trainer activities, speaker bureau, and data collection to inform decision making.
