Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences in the United States is seeking a senior medical affairs professional to advance scientific leadership across CNS and related therapeutic areas. You will engage KOLs, support investigator-initiated research, and deliver credible medical presentations for payers and stakeholders.

This role requires PharmD or PhD with 4+ years of field-based experience, strong leadership, and expert communication.

Qualifications

• PharmD or PhD in a health science field with 4+ years in a field-based position; CNS experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
• Strong communications, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of drug development and life-cycle management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish peer-to-peer and science-based relationships with KOLs and healthcare decision makers
• Deliver fair, balanced, and credible medical and scientific presentations
• Support company-sponsored and investigator-initiated research
• Participate in conferences and meetings as a scientific expert on the Company’s behalf
• Train faculty on scientific content for the company’s speaker’s bureau
• Serve as a scientific resource for KOLs and internal personnel
• Obtain insights of KOLs to guide educational efforts
• Compile and interpret data to provide clinical insights for the emerging therapeutic landscape
• Adhere to FDA guidelines and healthcare compliance requirements
• Guide and mentor less experienced colleagues to foster innovation and excellence
• Other duties as assigned
