Qualifications

• Experience with websites, emails, digital banners, and timelines.
• Agency experience and familiarity with medical/pharmaceutical marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects within deadlines and budget.
• Define timelines, resources, and budgets; monitor quality control across lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal and external resources; maintain proactive risk management.
• Provide client-facing updates and maintain transparent communication.
• Develop internal status reports and lead weekly project reviews.
• Ensure adherence to project briefs and company processes.
